What we collect

When you message us on WhatsApp, we see your phone number, name (as set on WhatsApp) and the messages you send us. If you email us, we see your email address and the message content. We don't run any tracking scripts that collect personal data from visitors browsing this website — only aggregate, anonymous visit analytics (pages viewed, device type, country), which cannot be used to identify you.

How we use it

We use WhatsApp and email conversations only to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and deliver the website, WhatsApp bot or automation you asked for. If you become a client, we keep the details needed to build and support what we've built for you (for example, order data your own WhatsApp bot collects on your behalf stays in your Google Sheet or system, not ours).

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't share your phone number or messages with third parties, except:

• Service providers we use to build what you asked for (for example, Google Sheets, if you choose that option)
• When required by law

Cookies and analytics

This site uses privacy-focused, cookie-less analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand traffic in aggregate. It does not use tracking cookies and does not build a profile of individual visitors.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time — message us on WhatsApp or email bodavulasiddardha@gmail.com.
