Our services

NavaPrastha builds websites, WhatsApp bots and business automation for small businesses in India. What's included in your project is agreed with you over WhatsApp before work starts.

Pricing

Prices shown on this site are starting prices, not fixed quotes — the final price depends on your specific requirement and is confirmed with you before any work begins. No payment is taken without your agreement on scope and price.

Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimated per project and shared with you when we agree the scope.

Changes and support

After launch, we can continue helping with changes and improvements — this is agreed separately and isn't automatically included forever in the starting price.

Third-party services

Where a project uses WhatsApp, Google Sheets or similar third-party services, your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. We aren't responsible for outages or policy changes on platforms we don't own (for example, WhatsApp's own rules on business messaging).

Cancellation

If you want to stop a project before it's finished, message us on WhatsApp and we'll work out a fair arrangement.
